Just wondering why flying is being promoted as an option at a vegan festival? Surely we should be limiting environmental impact as much as possible and that includes discouraging flying and certainly not listing it as a travel option before trains or coaches. I'd like to think there are no vegans attending who would consider flight as a travel option in the first place but it shocked me to see it listed here! The environmental impact of one flight is so large that it effectively makes a whole year's worth of veganism worthless in terms of the CO2 produced- I know a lot of people are vegan for the animals and not for the environment but animal welfare is intrinsicallyā¦
